本公司提供數位資產及電子商品之銷售服務。用戶付款後可即時下載所購買之數位內容。
We provide sales of digital assets and electronic products. Users can download purchased digital content immediately after payment.

3. 購買與下載 | Purchase and Download

3.1 即時交付 | Immediate Delivery

所有商品均為電子格式，付款確認後系統將自動提供下載連結。用戶應確保網絡連線穩定及設備有足夠儲存空間。
All products are in electronic format. Download links will be automatically provided after payment confirmation. Users should ensure stable internet connection and sufficient storage space.

3.2 下載期限 | Download Period

下載連結自購買日起有效期為30日，或下載次數達5次後失效（以較早者為準）。逾期請聯絡客戶服務。
Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase date, or expire after 5 downloads (whichever comes first). Contact customer service if expired.

3.3 文件格式 | File Formats

商品頁面會標明文件格式（如PDF、PPT、JPG等），請確認您的設備支援相關格式後才購買。
Product pages indicate file formats (e.g., PDF, PPT, JPG). Please ensure your device supports the relevant format before purchasing.

4. 知識產權 | Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 所有權保留 | Ownership Retention

所有數位內容之知識產權歸本公司或原創作者所有。購買僅授予用戶個人使用授權，並非所有權轉讓。
All intellectual property rights in digital content belong to us or original creators. Purchase grants only a personal use license, not ownership transfer.

4.2 使用限制 | Usage Restrictions

未經書面許可，用戶不得：
Without written permission, users may not:

• 轉售、分發或公開分享所購數位內容 / Resell, distribute, or publicly share purchased digital content
• 用於商業用途（除非購買商業授權）/ Use for commercial purposes (unless commercial license purchased)
• 修改、反向工程或創作衍生作品 / Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

4.3 個人使用授權 | Personal Use License

標準購買僅限個人及非商業用途。如需商業用途授權，請聯絡我們購買相應授權。
Standard purchase is for personal and non-commercial use only. Contact us for commercial use licenses.

5. 用戶責任 | User Responsibilities

用戶同意：
Users agree to:

• 提供準確的購買資料 / Provide accurate purchase information
• 妥善保管下載連結及賬戶資料 / Safeguard download links and account information

6.1 技術限制 | Technical Limitations

本公司不保證服務完全無誤或不中斷。對於因網絡問題、設備故障或用戶操作失誤導致的損失，本公司不承擔責任。
We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to network issues, device failures, or user errors.

6.2 內容準確性 | Content Accuracy

我們盡力確保商品描述準確，但不保證內容完全符合特定用途。建議購買前仔細閱讀商品說明及預覽。

7. 帳戶安全 | Account Security

10.3 管轄法院 | Jurisdiction

任何未能協商解決的爭議，雙方同意提交香港特別行政區法院專屬管轄。
Any disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
